Kulu Safaris runs an intimate tented base camp at Yala, in the wild south, its six tents raised on platforms and set apart among the trees. For bespoke or longer journeys it also pitches smaller mobile camps deeper in the parks and in reserves such as Wilpattu.
Reaching Yala is straightforward, around five hours from Colombo or a short flight to Mattala in the south. Our designers plan the route, the transfers and the safari itinerary around the season and the parks you want to reach.
